Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition, unused, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns Due to Customer Error or Preference:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items, exchanges, or returns due to errors on their part, such as ordering the wrong size, product, or providing an incorrect shipping address. We ship only to the address provided unless an email request specifies otherwise.

  • Refunds for such returns will include the purchase price minus the original shipping cost.

Returns Due to Our Error:

  • If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item), we will, at our discretion:
    • Provide a prepaid return shipping label and send a replacement after the item is returned, OR
    • Ship the replacement item without requiring the return of the incorrect item.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact us at webstore@hb-vending.com Once your return is approved, we will send shipping instructions.

  2. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

If your return is accepted, you’ll be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We do not cover return shipping costs for items that are unwanted, exchanges, or items returned due to customer error. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you’ll need to make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at webstore@hb-vending.com
